ComplyMark (operated by Lustra Digital LTD) does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a similar privacy regime, you can request that we respect a do-not-sell or do-not-share request. We do not have any such sale or sharing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request to confirm that status and to exercise any applicable rights.

Please send your request to privacy@complymark.io and include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you are requesting a do-not-sell or do-not-share opt-out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out request too — though as above, we have no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of in the first place.
